HOA FEES DUE JANUARY 1ST
The annual HOA fee’s are due January 1st, 2025! The annual cost of $50 per lot in our HOA was approved at the December meeting and reminders will be sent to the HOA members. Please send your HOA fee to the PO BOX 1201, Seeley Lake, MT 59868 or it can be dropped at the red lock box at Kim’s house. Please send us an email for Kim’s address. This fee is due January 1st, 2025.
LOOKING FOR NEW ASSOCIATION LEADERS!
We are looking for HOA members to join the board! Please send us an email with your interest. We have a position coming open soon for Vice President. The meetings happen quarterly, the second Tuesday of the month and the duties of the volunteer position are minimal. You can send us an email at Phase2landowners@yahoo.com.

With the 2025 around the corner, we are asking HOA members that may have had contact information changes to send us a quick email with Name, Physical Address/Lot Number, Mailing Address, Phone Number and Email Address. We are trying to make sure all contact information is up-to-date!
LOOKING FOR WEED SPRAYING VENDOR
We are still taking information for weed spraying vendors for next summer. Please contact the Board members if you know anyone who can service PH2. You can also email information to our email at: phase2landowners@yahoo.com.
